Manchester United vs. Everton: Premier League – Match Preview

Two of the top six go head to head on Tuesday evening as Manchester United entertain Everton.

A injury hit United side were held at Old Trafford again on Saturday as they drew 0-0 at home to West Brom.

The draw means United are five points adrift of the Champions League places, although they do have a game in hand.

Everton were beaten once again by their city rivals Liverpool, going down 3-1 at Anfield, despite Matthew Pennington’s goal.

Philippe Coutinho was in excellent form and he scored one and made another for an in-form Reds.

Ander Herrera and Zlatan Ibrahimovic both return from bans and are set to start on Tuesday evening.

Michael Carrick could be rotated, although with Paul Pogba likely to miss out this is unlikely.

Everton remain without the injured Seamus Coleman and Ramiro Funes Mori with the pair set to miss the rest of the campaign.

Ross Barkley was criticised for his performance against Liverpool, but he is set to keep his spot in the side.
