Arsenal vs. Everton: Premier League – Match Preview

The Gunners desperately need a win to keep their top four hopes alive when they host Everton in Saturday’s evening kick-off.

Arsenal were easily beaten away at Swansea during the week, with Sam Clucas scoring twice in a 3-1 victory.

They did enjoy an excellent deadline day though, convincing Pierre Emerick Aubameyang to sign from Borussia Dortmund, with Mesut Ozil also extending his Arsenal contract.

Everton ended a mini slump by getting the better of Leicester at Goodison Park.

New signing Theo Walcott scored twice in the first half, with Jamie Vardy’s penalty no more than a consolation effort for the visitors.
